Selina is the Gisborne Netball Centre Junior Umpire Co-ordinator. The role requires a person with vision, passion, enthusiasm and a strong desire to see youth reach their full potential as a player and umpire in netball. Her nomination said;
“Every week you will find her umpiring tirelessly and if you ask for help she is only too happy to provide it. To keep herself upskilled, Selina volunteers to umpire at regional and national age group tournaments. She holds her NZ umpire theory qualification and has her sights set on completing her practical exam this year.”
The monthly winner will receive a $25 voucher from Peppers Beachfront, Sport Maker merchandise, and a volunteer discount card.
