Coaches Passport

Coaches passport is a programme unique to Whiti Ora. It encourages local coaches to take charge of their own coaching development through three levels of locally delivered coach training.

Through the programme, we aim to retain coaches by upskilling and establishing a sustainable, regional coaching framework. The programme is also a great tool to enable codes to take responsibility to provide an accessible coach development pathway.
