Homemade Stirfry Sauce

This is a great, easy, stirfry sauce made with staple pantry ingredients. Ideal to use in any meats or vegetables that you enjoy!

What you’ll need:
– 1/2 cup soy sauce (or Tamari if gluten-free)
– 1/2 cup chicken stock (or vegetable stock if vegan)
– 1 Tbsp corn starch or tapioca flour
– 1 Tbsp honey (or brown sugar)
– 2 tsp sesame oil
– 1 tsp rice vinegar (or lemon juice)
– 1 Tbsp grated, crushed or powdered ginger
– 2 garlic cloves (crushed or grated)

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. When adding to your stirfry, allow to cook for atleast 3 minutes to allow the corn starch to thicken the sauce.
3. Store any remaining sauce in an airtight container for 1-2 days.
