Chia pudding


¾  cup milk (any type)

¼  cup chia seeds

¼  tsp vanilla essence 

1Tb maple syrup 

Pinch of cinnamon



  1. Mix all together and leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Top with fruit, and a sprinkle of nuts, muesli, or granola if desired before eating.
  3. Also makes a great afternoon sweet snack.
